Dr. Andrei says, “Eat and Drink Green.” He suggests that you try eating a spinach salad or green shake daily in order to best prevent Anemia!

Dr. Andrei’s Spinach Salad
2-3 cups of spinach
– ½ cup grated raw carrots
– ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– ½ bell pepper, sliced
– ½ red onion, sliced
– ½ cup orange individual pieces
Place in bowl and toss. Pour on dressing
Dressing: 2 tbs. lemon juice or balsamic vinegar, 1 tsp. grated ginger, 1 tsp. honey, 2tbs. olive oil
Dr. Andrei’s Green Shake
Put into a blender:
– 2 green zucchini chopped into pieces
– ½ cup green scallions chopped
– ¼ cup real lemon juice from bottle
– 1 ½ cup water
– 1-2 tsp, or to taste, of red pepper (cayenne)
Blend well
Add a handful of spinach and kale on top of mixture.
Blend again.
Now add ½ avocado and blend for only a short period of time. This makes it creamy
This shake is packed with nutrients and is very low in calories.
