African Long Clove and Camphor: To aid digestion and cleanse the colon, use 3 sticks of African long clove, 1 square camphor and 2 cups of hot water.
Menthol Crystals: For sprain, lumbago, Arthritis, Rheumatism, mix Menthol Crystals in oil or Shea Butter and rub on painful area.
Pure Black Soap: For skin rashes and eczema, wash with pure Black Soap. Don't be fooled by the imitation soap!

Roc-A-Natural, a natural hair, health and beauty initiative held it’s first Natural Healing and Wellness event on Staten Island, Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 11:00am to 6:00pm at The Waverly Courtyard. The event, Roc-A-Natural “H.O.T.S” Heal Ones Total Self Pavilion: A Day of Healing on Staten Island and in Collaboration with Bronx Healing, garnered the support of a major health and fitness brand, The Vitamin Shoppe, 2535 Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10314 to assist with empowering and transforming the mindset of a community to live in a healthier state of mind by providing health and wellness gift bags to our attendees. This health and wellness event was designed to empower and educate the community about natural and holistic healing and it was a huge success! I have been informed by many attendees that they are still taking in the day and was inspired and want to host a healing day!
